3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup green grapes
1 kiwi, peeled, chopped
1 banana, peeled, broken into pieces
1 green apple, quartered, stem and core removed and discarded
1/2 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup kale, stems discarded, leaves chopped
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
