We understand life with kids is unpredictable – they’re jumping off the couch one minute and sick with a 102° fever the next. We have crafted a Refund policy that we believe balances the reality of life with children with business needs.

Before 8:00 am the day the lunch is served, you can cancel your lunch order using our online ordering portal. You will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation. After 8:00 am the day the lunch is served, no cancellations can be made. After the 8:00am cutoff, ingredients have been purchased, meals have been prepared, and our kitchens are busy getting ready for the day.

Regardless of payment method, cancelled lunches are refunded in full as credits to your Prepaid Account and may be used towards future purchases. Funds on this account are transferable as long as the following conditions are met: (1) your Location actively participates in the WT Cafe meal delivery program, and (2) there is ordering activity in your account within the previous year.

Please note that funds used to load up Prepaid Accounts are not eligible for a cash or credit card refund. You may use these funds towards meals, catering, or other items available for purchase at WT Café. Feel free to contact us if you wish to “gift” your balance to a friend, family member, or teacher, as that is also an option.
