Makes 4 cups
3 cups frozen diced mango
1 to 1/2 cups skim or 2% milk
Honey, as needed
Fresh berries, for serving
1. Add mangoes to a blender or food processor. Process until crumbly.
2. Add 1 cup milk and process until smooth, scraping sides of processor as needed. Add additional milk until consistency is like soft serve ice cream. Taste and add honey, if desired, to sweeten.
3. Scoop mixture into a re-sealable plastic container and freeze 30 minutes. Serve topped with fresh berries, if desired.
